Artist’s Statement:

My favorite subjects are people, architecture, places and situations that seem quite ordinary. Every subject brings me a opportunity to tell a story. The combination of this unique experience brings forth textures and a vivid palette to illustrate fleeting moments of imagination.

Working from my own inner guidance I strive to bring forth the magic of my interpretations. I use pen and ink, pencil, watercolor, and oil to capture and translate these images.

However, for me, just below the surface, just around the corner, or behind the eye lies the magic that transports the ordinary into spellbinding subjects. This is what continues to inspire my art.
